Change Your Eye Color Forever

If anybody is interested in changing the color of their eyes, they should check out Newiris.de. The procedure involves putting a permanent diaphragm or implant over your iris, I think. I watched their video on how they install it, and it is not for the squeamish, since they make incisions in the eyes. That's why I'm sticking with colored contact lenses.

Gun Blowdryer

If anyone has ever played Persona 3, where in order to invoke your special powers, it is necessary to shoot yourself in the head, this product does not seem so strange. It's a blowdryer in the shape of the gun. The sad news is that it's currently only available in Japan.

Rent A Dog

I read about an interesting service today. It's from a company called Flexpetz. Basically, you pay a couple hundred dollars a month and you can rent a dog for a few days each month. You know, if it wasn't for the fact that it's too expensive and there's no locations nearby, it might be something to look into. I bet I could get someone to pet sit at a much cheaper rate if I wanted to be a weekend dog lover.

I Want to Be Rewarded for Watching TV!

It's pretty easy to guess what RewardTV is all about. Simply, watch television and be rewarded. Besides sweepstakes and contest entries, typical rewards include gift certificates at Quizno's or a BP Gas Card.

After you have created and verified an account, log on to select up to five shows you watched yesterday. Then you will be quizzed on each show. You are presented with a multiple choice quiz. For each question, there are four answers to choose from. For each show, there are 12 total questions. You get 100 points for answering a question correctly. That means a user can answer 60 questions daily and get 6,000 points for their correct answer.

Now let me explain points. For each quiz on a show, you get 100 points just for doing the quiz. If you get all the questions right, that is 1300 points per quiz. If you watched five shows so you can take five quizzes, 5 x 1300 = 6500 points. A $5 gift certificate is 150,000 points while a $10 gift certificate is 300,000 points. If you can make 6,500 points every day, it will take about 23 days to get a $5 gift certificate. That could buy you a free lunch every month just for a few minutes.

Wish and Vote Grants your Wishes

Your wishes can be answered for free. Want a really nice television? Or a vacation in Hawaii? There's a new website called Wish and Vote that can make that happen. At Wish and Vote, detail your dreams in 150 characters or less. Then, other users will vote on who should get their wish fulfilled. Your wish will be competing against a maximum of 59 other wishes, so the odds are really good in your favor compared to other similar sites. Don't think that you have to have terminal cancer to have a chance at winning. In fact, wishing for money for an operation is frowned upon because this information cannot be verified. Past winners got the money they needed to buy a new wardrobe, a state-of-the-art home theater system, motorbikes, fancy dinners and more. You can pay out once you have accumulated $20.00. This is easy to achieve because that's only winning 4 wishes at the $5.00 level. Once there are 60 wishes in a group, voting takes place. Sometimes voting is ready an hour after you submit your wish, meaning you can submit tons of wishes daily to be voted on. Since it is free to sign up, tell your friends and family to improve your chances.
